The 7" LCD colour touch screen is easy and intuitive to use and can be customised to suit the individual needs of the site. Wifi connectivity as standard where recipes can be uploaded and shared via the Nabook plus platform, which contains programs and advice from operators all around the world. And thanks to its impressive design, there's no need for overhead extraction, providing flexibility to install the Oracle high speed oven wherever it's needed.
